The location was perfect, tons of nearby restaurants and attractions. I was really surprised by the large and clean room we had, and we enjoyed a nice view of the Hancock Tower.

The room felt spacious with a comfortable bed. Had great water pressure in the shower. Location couldn't be better, just a short walk to main attractions. Staff friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Enjoyed the nice decor around the hotel. Check-in process was slow, only one staff member available. The room lacked some basic amenities, frustrating for the price. A bit of a mixed bag, with location and staff being the highlights.

Its prime, very central location was a plus. Spent a nice evening at Gaylord India Restaurant, located next to the venue. The restaurant here was nice for the breakfast they promised when booking.

The room was nice, with a super comfy bed, made sleeping easy. The bathroom looked great with clean Italian tile and good water pressure. The view was a bummer. I faced a concrete wall. Plus, there was some weird vibration when the AC kicked on. The chair was a bit frayed too, but overall, it was quiet and cozy enough for my stay.

exploring downtown chicago was easy from here

The hotel is conveniently situated just a few steps from the Chicago Water Tower and only a short walk to Millennium Park. While I enjoyed the comfort of the room, the overall cleanliness and maintenance could use some attention but the cute atmosphere and friendly staff were nice.
